I will email you a diet diary to detail your 5 most typical days and a questionnaire for personal information. Please print these out and bring along to your consultation.
During your consultation I may ask further questions based on your personal information looking at your health history, lifestyle habits, and goals.
I will comprise a personalised diet and lifestyle plan just for you. Suggestions will include meal ideas, recipes, shopping lists, targeted nutritional supplements and lifestyle changes.
